Privacy Policy

• We never see or store your full card number. The card funding a gift is collected and stored by Goody and its payment processor VGS (Very Good Security), which charges you directly for the gift. Your raw card details never pass through EasyGift or Client Moments.
• We store your sender profile (name, email, phone, company, title, photo) and basic gift-link records (price, occasion, status). We do not store your recipients' card or payment information — they never enter any.
• We don't sell your data.

When you create an EasyGift account and use the product, we collect:

• Account info: your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Profile info you provide: name, phone number, company/brokerage, title, and profile photo.
• Gift activity: the prices, occasions, and claim status of gift links you create, and — once a recipient claims a gift — their name and email address.
• A payment method reference: when you add a card, Goody tokenizes it and returns us a reference ID and the card's brand/last 4 digits/expiration for display purposes only. We use this reference to authorize future charges through Goody — we cannot reconstruct your card number from it.

EasyGift is built on top of a few third-party services, each with its own role:

• Goody— provides the gift catalog, handles the recipient's selection and shipping address, fulfills and ships the gift, and charges your card for it once they accept. Goody has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment details and recipient shipping data.
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, where your account and profile information is stored.
• VGS (Very Good Security)— the payment tokenization vault Goody uses to collect card details. When you add a card in EasyGift, the form submits directly to VGS's servers, so your raw card number never reaches ours. See VGS's privacy policy for how they handle it.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (like account confirmation).

• To operate your account and let you generate and send gift links.
• To display your name, photo, title, and company to recipients on the gift link you send them.
• To let Goody charge your saved card for a gift once your recipient accepts it.
• To communicate with you about your account (e.g. login confirmations).

You can update or remove your profile info, photo, and payment method at any time from your Profile page. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, contact us using the information below.
